So informative. Can you also please do another video on how to consider costing for other factors while planning a false ceiling like electrical work, installation charges, etc.? Another doubt I have is, the price that you've mentioned for the false ceiling ₹80/sft, does that include the light fixtures and rope light charges as well? Please clarify. Wrong calculation , 1.5ft tray width need to be subtracted from both sides means 3ft minus from L &B so A1= 11X7 sqft

Hi, Why do we need to take A1 total ceiling in calculation? Most people just take horizontal & vertical tray area only in calculation and not Total area. I don't understand this why so?

The calculation part for tray area is slightly incorrect. You took the length of inner rectangle as 14 -1.5= 12.5 where as it should have been 14 - 3.0= 11. Likewise for breadth also it should have been -3 and not -1. 5 from the outer rectangle😊

Ap mistake kar rhi ho mam... 14 feet hai to andr ma patta measure krne ke liye sirf 1'6" hi kyu minus kr rhi dono side ka mila ke 3' feet minus kriye na to 11 × 7 andar ka area hua 77 squre feet

Your A1 calculation is wrong. You forgot to subtract tray width from the other side. If im taking 1'6" tray on both the sides then my A1 will be 77 sqft (11' X7')
