Shasta, thank you for sharing this video with us. Baby Jackson is just so precious and the picture you took of all the girls, what a great memory for them when they're all grown. I just have so much admiration for you and Josh, for your faith and how you are with your children. I can’t believe it…..talk about coincidence! We live in Maggie Valley, NC & just today we took a drive for lunch & shopping to Clayton, GA. On our way home we stopped at that plaza where the General Store is & where you were in this video as well. We didn’t eat at Dillard’s however….been there many times tho. It was just so funny to be there today & see it on your video!

We love the classical approach as well! I love how crossseven has 4 cycles instead of 3 like with CC. I like to pair it with Biblioplan history!

My goodness, but both Millie and Jackson are changing so fast. Will not be long and Jackson will be crawling along. Cannot wait to see that. Please let me know if you received my card in the mail that had something in it. I like knowing that things I send out are received. Thank you.

We’ve been doing classical homeschooling. This will be our 4th year with it. We go to a co-op every Wednesday where we get together with everyone and go over the songs etc. I’ve learned so much from it right along with my girls. We use the claritas publishing, we will be in cycle one this year. The Timeline songs have been so valuable in learning the biblical history that I was never taught in public school. I’m so thankful I’m able to teach it to my girls and they’ve learned so much using the classical method. I’ll need to get those 50 states books when we circle back around to learning those. I think it was cycle 3, they will be a fun add in.
