As for the mother's side is it 외삼촌 for both married and unmarried uncles? And how do you call your Mother's brother's wife? And also if your mother's sister is older than her is it still 이모 ?

Mother’s brother’s wife is 외숙모 (외 is used to wife family and 숙모 means uncle’s wife). 이모 is used to mother’s sister regardless of older and younger.

I thought I was 100% Cantonese Chinese, but when I look at my family history past 6 generations I'm kind of surprised that I noticed several of my 4th cousins (10th degree) and 4th cousins once removed (11th degree) or 5th cousins (12th degree) that are Korean, descended from my great great great aunts and uncles. Do you know how to say fourth cousin (10th degree) or fourth cousins once removed (11th degree) in Korean?

Haha. Large family system was disappeared in modern society and naming is simplified. So, if he or she is your cousin, you can just say ‘사촌‘ in Korean.

for example, as a girl if i have an older brother and older sister, can i still call my older brother's wife 형수? or is it just for brother to brother? and the same goes for 언니 husband? can i call him 매형?

This is quite difficult system. Many Koreans also confuse them. As a girl, you call older brother(오빠)’s wife as ‘올케’ or ‘새언니’, older sister(언니)’s husband as ‘형부’, younger brother’s wife as ‘올케’, and younger sister’s husband as ‘제부’.

큰(keun) means big and 아버지(abeoji) means father. We say it to my father’s elder brother.

원래 조카와 질녀가 구분되는데 요즘 남녀를 다 조카라고 하더군요. 엄격히는 호칭이 잘못된거죠. 그리고 손자녀를 손주라고하는데 그것도 잘못된 호칭입니다. 손자녀가 정식 호칭이죠. 암튼 수고많습니다
