It does actually ❤ that special place for kids who don't have a place to go in foster care in Kenya was founded by Sarah's parents during a mission. They lived in Kenya. They created that whole community, there's some really interesting videos from previous trips where they explain how they make that kids transition into society. And now her cousin is the one in charge if I don't remember bad. If she's not in charge she's involved (the one with the baby). So yes Sarah's heart is part in the USA and part in Kenya. ❤😊

Isn’t it amazing and frustrating and hard to accept that the U.S. has so many people that the laws cannot be personalized so Solo’s mother couldn’t come when but the Lord knows the way it worked out is exactly what was needed for all. And you both listened to your hearts and made it happen before knowing it was exactly where the Lord was leading all to go. I really enjoy your channel. And the honesty. And the Love. And how exciting to not only connect with the other side of your family but your 2 oldest at the same time. Love y’all - have fun!

To make their mosquito bites stop itching... 1 drop per bite of antibacterial liquid soap. Do not rinse. It will stop the itch pronto.

Sarah I just want to give you a hug. Wish I was closer to you. Never had a sister or a daughter. I’d love to be your friend. That singing in the living room was beautiful!!! Living in Florida. You are such a strong wonderful mother and friend. Loving the family times. I’ve lost all my growing up family I’m 67 and the only one left. Love, love your family.

Yep we've got an empty nest. It took a while to adjust to the change. Sarah and Solo love love love all their family and friends. They are great parents. I started doing family dinners and got the kids and grandkids. I love it when the house is full of people and noise. ❤

Sarah, my husbands lung doctor says when he gets off a plane when flies long distances he goes & gets under oxygen first - after an hour he has no jet lag. He’s refreshed as if he went a short distance. There are centers that you can go to for oxygen & he spends about $50 to be able to do this.

This is a dream of mine Sarah!! My father has been to several countries in Africa, and I plan to go with him one day. I love watching the Kenya videos. It lets me know that my dream isn't far away. If you can get a benadryl pen... its a rub stick that can soothe bug bites, bee stings etc... not sure if they have them in Kenya

Thanks for taking us along on another trip to Kenya! In the 70s my family stayed at another family’s farm while they went on vacation to the east coast; we milked their cows and took care of the other animals-it was probably only a week or so. I hadn’t thought about that in a while. It’s great that you have people you can count on to help you.

It’s frustrating to me that, here in America, our news outlets didn’t cover the floods down there. I’ve heard of recent floods in Brazil & a tornado in Germany, but nothing about the devastation in Kenya. 😢
