We were able to pick up more than what we needed! I looked over everything and realized I could make all this food work for many more days; YEAH!

✨LEMON ZEST SUGAR STAR COOKIES - Video COMING SOON
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Butter (Softened)
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
2 Egg Yolks for brushing
1. Beat Eggs with the Sugar until well combined.
2. Add softened butter, salt, sifted flour, and lemon zest, then whisk until
smooth. Leave the mixture to rest for 1 hour
3. Preheat the Oven to 325"F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
4. flatten dough to 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface with a rolling pin.
5. Use cookie cutters to cut dough into preferred shapes.
6. Place cookies on the baking sheet; brush the cookies with the 2 egg yolks, and
bake for 8-10 mins. (Check the first batch often to make sure they don't brown)
7. Serves warm or allows cookies to cool on a rack and decorate later
These cookies can be stored in a jar or tin for 2 weeks.
