Hi Happy Caravan family! A lovely video as always😍 Here is another inexpensive recipe which is always a big hit when I make with the kids in my home economics class. Maybe you want to try it someday. Ingredients (serves 4-5 hungry teenagers): 3 carrots 4 spring onions 300g pasta (works best with farfalle or elbow macaroni. I would not recommend fusilli as they absorb too much of the sauce). 200g heavy cream 1 veggie bouillon cube or 1 1/2 tsp vegeta or powdered vegetable stock (i.e. Knorr) Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Wash and peel carrots and cut into thin slices (1/4 inch). Wash spring onions and cut the green part into 1/2 inch pieces. Bring salt water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions and drain when ready. Important: Save 2 to 2 1/2 soup ladles of pasta water for the sauce! Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add the carrot slices. Reduce to medium heat and let cook until softened (around 10-12 minutes). Add a little salt and pepper. Add spring onions and let cook for 4 more minutes. Add heavy cream and pasta water and the veggie cube/vegeta. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for a couple minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and then mix with the pasta. Enjoy! Greetings from Germany

So, I watched an old video of yours (Friday) where you made this pea and beef potato Indian dish - and I thought it looked so good so literally made it for my family the next day - what a coincidence. I added extra green veg to it (some shredded brussel sprouts, asparagus and zucchini as well as the peas ) - it's so simple to make and so good. I made a large batch and pressure canned 6 jars of it as well.

I also now have 11 grand babies and 7 are in heaven due to some issues 2 of my daughters have 😢 while pregnant so 2 of my girls cannot have any children. so I got 11 living grand kids. my point being, you have 11 children I can only imagine how many grand babies👶 you will be blessed with. I wish I could read music like Naomi. I tried the new turkey sandwich at the Costco Food Court yesterday. It was good and reasonable at $6.99. I buy the 10 inch Dixie paper plates at Costco whenever they go on sale. 🎹 👍

You don’t have to defrost the salmon before cooking it. It’s flash frozen which allows it to be cooked from frozen faster than when it’s frozen normally
