i eat everything on the Dr. Sebi approved food list, anything that God made is alkaline and has a ph of 7 or higher, anything that man made has a ph below 7 and is a acid. try it out for a few days and you can feel the difference, look up alkaline recipes on youtube they have tons of awesome ones! im also drinking Irish sea moss and bladderwrack in my smoothies and i never felt so good, they sell it online or you can go to the beach and harvest it yourself!! I also drink stinging nettle and burdock tea this will also give you tons of energy

@Brandon Salyer ive only just started 5 months ago so im not fully cured of all disease but im geting close! i have had glasses almost my whole life and my eyes keep geting worse as i got older, im 24 now and i can barley see anything that's not right in front of my face. Now that ive been on the alkaline diet I can tell my eyes are getting better everyday and soon i won't need glasses anymore!! If i would have fasted with his greenfood plus capsules for 3 months i would have been healed by now but i decided to choose to heal with the diet instead because i want to help my family convert to the alkaline diet

@Brandon Salyer are you here just to argue with people? I have people dropping like flies in my family and this is the only thing that actually works!! Satan's modern medicine will never heal you, if it did millions of people would not be sick. Im sure you have someone dieing in your family from a disease and your should really consider trying it out instead of bashing everyone for trying to get healthy. It is also common sense that disease can not occur in a alkaline body, its impossible to get sick once your body is fully alkaline without ANY acids

I have learned over the years( with the help of Dr Sabi’s teaching) that everything that goes wrong in our bodies is directly connected to what we eat. Even our minds are effected by our diet. I have cut out so many foods that I loved. No more bloating, no more tummy aches. It requires a lot of self discipline n self control. @Brandon Salyer The medical documents of people having a disease then after going through sebi therapy not having it is with afredo bowman estate. Like i said before its up to the person to decipher what is truth & what isnt. I myself know what alfredo bowman learned by traveling the world & talking to indigenous people found to be true. Herbs do heal as long as you provide the environment enternal to be on a plant based diet as i am now. I no longer suffer from osteoarthritis that I suffered with when i was only 25 now Im 31. I myself had some doubts 6 years ago when i learned about him but when the doctors couldnt help me besides give me pain medication i turned to what he was saying because i felt like i had nothing to lose. Its sad that he was my last ressort but im glad i did. When i learned the herbs to use i started foraging myself. I used to collect dandelion, red clover, queen anne lace, golden rod, chickweed, mullien, & my favorite *yellowdock* . They all grew close to where i lived & the only thing i ordered from sebi was seamoss because of the high concentration in calcium & magnesium. In 6 weeks I lost 40+ lbs & my bowels had things that looked like corn kernals but i never ate corn....which was weird. My joints stopped cracking & the pain subsided after 2 months & i feel like it could have been sooner if i wasnt cheating with pizza & fish but hey its not easy to transition. People if any of you followed Dr. Sebi when he was actually alive you’d know that in multiple videos ( even on youtube ) Dr. Sebi said his daughters and one of his former wives were plotting against him... I say this to say can we allow his children to create a reputation as healers for themselves. If u watch closely you can even see the tension between the aunt and nephew. Oh and he has his own separate line of herbs separate from Sebi’s daughters. And for those who happen to give a damn search KZfaq for other children who say these products are not Dr. Sebi’s formula. His ex wife MAA & SON have another line which seem a bit more authentic considering they lived at the research center with Dr. Sebi. Idk folks i’d just watch his teachings. Everything he taught is not wrapped up in a pill form its a lifestyle.

January 2017 I cut out junk food, dairy food, meats, can foods, alcohol, frozen dinners which contains high sodium and preservatives and decided to detox....during my detox the only thing I would eat would be tropical fruits an of course vegetables..... I hydrated myself with water, herbal tea vegetable juice an fruit juice.... I did this because I was feeling horrible...I had a very poor diet and once I changed my diet I felt amazing and I still feel amazing😌... I say all that to say this it doesn't matter what dr sebi's family or anyone else says do your own research find out what's healthy an whats not and change your freaking diet you won't regret it yes it's hard as hell but hey take baby steps you don't have to remove everything all at once like I did Because I swear I felt like a crack addict going through withdrawal😭 so you just take yo time fool!!!! 😂😂😂
