I made some meatball lasagna in my hot logic mini using the same no bake pasta and some frozen meatballs with all the cheeses and some spices. Delicious! I keep telling the guys at work to get one. These things are life savers when you can just plug it in and work slows down you have a nice hot meal.

Just going to change the recipes so that they fit! I have a small hot logic mini ... broke the dish for it last week, so I need to go out and get a new pyrex dish with a lid. I didn't know we could make lasagna in the hot logic "from scratch" ... I'm definitely going to try it. Have you ever done a mix with cottage cheese, ricotta, mozzarella and egg? The egg holds it together so it isn't to runny when you cut in to it, sometimes I even add some fresh basil in to the mix as well. My sister adds a layer of pepperoni in her lasagna, but for me it makes it a little too greasy, but I do love to add some Hot Turkey Italian Sausage crumbled. From working in the warehouse that package all them Pyrex sets definitely wash before use cause some that sits in the warehouse for a year or 2 and what doesn’t sell gets sent back to us to be broke down and used in other sets but definitely top of the line in casserole dishes

But I ate a piece of olive oil cake that I made. Planning to make pizza today. If I had seen this video before I went to store yesterday, I would probably be making lasagna today. I don't think I have made in years. I like spinach lasagna. I like shiny new Pyrex. Thinking I also have that casserole dish. I don't make casserole enough.
