I agree! Try it, it is different and delicious. My style of persian Macaroni: - Cook/prepare the sauce speratly (ground meat, onion, garlic and any other vegetables you would like. Add, tomato paste + salt pepper, turmeric. No Itallian seasoning please). Skip meat if vegetarian. - Cook the spaghetti speratly to 1/2 way cooked, aldente and use a colander to drain/remove the water. - in the same pot, or a separate pot, while on stove and hot add some oil and either 1/4" tick slices of potato, flat bread or just some 1/2 cooked spaghetti and start layering already prepared suace and spaghetti until all transfered back to the pot on stove. - Lower heat to medium or low and cover. - Let simmer/cook for another 20 to 30 min and it's ready to serve. Yummmmmm😋😋
