Fish. Eat. Ride. Relax. And a whole lot more. This video explores some of the options for recreation in the Hayward Lakes area, including fishing on the Chippewa Flowage, Riding the 600 miles of ATV/Snowmobile trails in Sawyer County, getting ice cream at pretty much all the resorts, touring the St Croix Rod factory and visiting the Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame.
We traveled there for an AGLOW (Association of Great Lakes Outdoor Writers) Media Camp. A handful of content creators like us had the opportunity to do all of this and more. We tried to show it all and keep the video at a manageable length.
