I used kernels to pop in a pan u really don't need much and u get so much popcorn , I used to shake the pan when I made them, I now get the one u put in the microwave. I just love popcorn especially with salt. 🥰😍

I've been living with those same symptoms for the last 10 yrs and they are scary for sure. i actually have to have a MRI on my brain soon. they think i might have POTS. I;ve been fighting the Drs for many yrs and they keep strewing me over and I've been getting worse. So you should get that checked just to be sure.
