Ingredients for Maddalena’s bruschetta!

1 basket of cherry tomatoes
2 heirloom tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 small red onion
1 large or 2 small grated garlic cloves
Balsamic vinegar to taste ( I put to 2 tablespoon)
Mustard to taste (I put 2 squirts)
1/4 cup of EVO
2 chopped celery stalks with leaves
1 can of cannelloni beans with juice
1 loaf of Italian bread
- garlic powder on top
- evo on top

"Bruschetta / Bruscetta" I think you could call it anything you want and it wouldn't make it any less delicious. Love watching your videos, but I've learned it's important for me to eat first. Otherwise I get out of my chair and start gorging.

Delish. One caveat: if you tend to get the bean farts, drain that juice from can and replace with fresh non-fartaseous water. It is a requirement in my house 😂
