I had couple of episodes of sleep paralysis at age 17 one after another within a short period of time. Before those started, I also had experienced auditory presence of paranormal activity at night when I used to sit to study in my living room. I was super horrified during that time. The presence/s started interfering with the light in the room followed by sounds of my notes/papers like someone playing with them, a foul odor, footsteps etc. I used to terminate my study session and would hardly help myself to the bedroom where my mom and sister were sleeping. I had sleep paralysis that night where I felt someone is just knocking me down to where I cant breathe and i would be sweating as well. I was unable to move my tongue but I would read Ayat-ul-kursi in my mind and the stronghold would break. One episode happed during Ramadan as well. I was spiritually treated after which I did not experience presence at night and any further episodes of sleep paralysis. Just a side note I am a sleep technologist and hold a BS in sleep and neuroscience. I know it was not a medical phenomenon that occurs out of REM sleep which is defined as an active brain inside a dead body. I also researched and found out that sleep paralysis is a kind of an evil attack that happens as a second stage of possession called oppression.

46:20 Sleep paralysis happened with me and my mum at same night when we shifted to a new apartment exactly how it happened with Azlan’s friend. Indeed it’s a medical condition but you can’t deny the supernatural angle because it’s impossible that same things happened with two people at same night and they saw and felt same stuff.

It have happened with me alot of times since 3 years and still happens sometimes and last time happened around 3 weeks ago and yes it's 100% supernatural but basic cause is because of sleep deprivation i.e Insomnia which I also have since some years so the cause is medical but the continuance and how it Happens is Supernatural

I have an incident which took place with my aunt. This is very old and probably from the 90s.She was at the time the youngest of all the siblings and not school going yet. Both my grandparents were working and so when they had work she was to be home alone but instead of leaving her alone my grandmother used to leave her with a friend and when she’d come back from word she would take her back home.So one day when my grandmother along with my aunt were walking towards her friends house my aunt had to pee and couldn’t control as she was just a toddler so she decided to do it under a tree on the way.Now when they reached her friends home their mum told my grandmother that when she was coming up the stairs there were two women behind her in an abaya. They mum asked my grandmother if she knew them.My grandmother refused to believe that there was anyone behind her cause there wasn’t anyone she had seen. Now after this day a few things started happening for example my aunt would start saying the kalima out loud and sometimes it would seem as if she is fighting with something in the air and even once my grandmother saw human footprints on the ceiling. This became very concerning and so my grandfather talked about this with his friend and his friend knew someone who was very religious and pious who could help them solve this matter. Now my grandparents reached the pious man and explained everything to him. This man had ‘muakils’ as we say they were good jinns who used to help him they weren’t controlled or anything but by choice used to help that man as friends. He helped my grandparents thorugh the muakils and found out that the place where my aunt peed over there the jiinns kids were playing and they got disturbed from my aunt and now two of there mothers basically come and tease my aunt and tell her that she isn’t a Muslim and she shouldn’t recite the kalima( these two women are the ones which I mentioned before in the abayas) Because of the muakils and everything the two women left. And my grandfather used to claim that one of the muakils who’s name is known to be ibrahim was the youngest of all the muakils that pious man had and was around a 100 years old.Anyways my grandfather used to say that Ibrahim used to visit him sometimes even after all this matter was solved. But he stopped visiting after the pious man died

Thanks for having him on.... I began knowing this genre of jinns and paranormal from pakistani youtubers like Mr Solangi and Minhaj Ali Askari 4-5 years back but then I realised how it is and I turned atheist. Not anything against any religion's belief system as that's what my values teach me but I adore his skills of story telling and it takes me back to my childhood days when maa or dadi would caress my hair as she'd narrate stories when I dozed off.... I hope many would relate. Enjoy the beauty of human mind ❤

Aoa Areeq, pls do follow these steps before getting ready for bed and to get rid of this you have to start from the morning. and you will 99% feel lazy to go through all these steps. 1. Perform wudhu properly. 2. clean and dust your bed before sitting and say 'bismillah' loudly. 3. recite Ayat ul kursi 3 times, surah ikhlas 3 times, surah falaq 3 times, surah naas 3 times, Surah fateha 3 times and last 2 verses of surah baqarah 1 time. 4. don't talk to anyone while you are reciting all this and then blow on your hands and from your hands rub your head and the entire body. You will feel like a shield covered you. 5. recite "Allahuma bi-ismika Amootu wa- ahya" 3 times, and sleep on your right. never sleep on your belly. Do let me know if you see this reply, do this on a daily basis and Allah's responsibilty is your protection. Say Lahaula wala quwata illa billah frequently. P.S: The angels incharge of our night protection change their shifts with the morning ones, those who come after fajr so do wake up for fajr and recite everything after fajr also otherwise nightmares may come after fajr and you may doubt that the recitations didn't work. Remember, The key is faith and trust in Allah. Pray 5 times properly and recite Qura'n, Indeed nothing has power over us except Allah.

also this is not entirely a medical condition, I am saying this because I used to suffer from all these that you are right now after following these steps I have never once felt this again.
