Lali is using his knee to make round shape leaves plate, which is unhygienic. In other videos he is making round shape by hand so why does he use knee😮

For me, its not about hygiene, its about respect. The way he is treating his customers as if they are not human beings but a herd of cattle.

I am in Kolkata, eat at his shop om two days, I didn't see any ill behaviour. In fact he was friendly, when i asked him about the vdo in which he is uttering foul language, he said few anti-social men were misbehaving in front of women, so he lost cool. Kachori sabji fell from one of the customers, he saw it, and, himself offered free replacement...

Stop eating then only he learnt reality. Kitna sabji waste karo profit to bahut hai. He knows very well.custommers kaisa bi aata hai kata hai. Kaaia bi behave karo Hum logo ko sochneka kuch be nai.
