Turkan atay pakistan mein bhi liver ko jigar kehtay hein . Pakistan mein black carrots 🥕 k pani ko "kanji " kehtay hein , aur shaljam ka pani bhi isi tarah banta hai . Urdu mein " gulzar " naam bhi istemal hota hai

This drink fermented purple carrot juice is called KANJI in Pakistan. It was used regularly years ago, it’s sad that people have stopped making and drinking it. It was made regularly in our house and we used to love it.
