Hello Anne... thank yoi for watching..yes you can buy your own seafood and bring it to restaurants.. or you can buy directly fro. Restaurant too.. for me l sometime buy from market and cook it around the market and bring home to share with my family...😊😊

having done this for years and years, buy your fish and take it nearby to be cooked, guys near the entrance to the small car park will look after you, restaurants are much more expensive, I paid AU$50 for fish at a resto and just a few bucks at the open grill places on the beach, have fun, explore, somedays the market is not for the faint hearted

thanks for you sharing,if one person,what’s your suggestion?still can buy some seafood here and ask the restaurant to cook?or better order seafood straight from the restaurant?cheaper than those cafe at kedonganan or jimbaran beach?

its another tourist trap? jmbaran BBQ along the beach is a tourist trap for sure but a market thrown in and you get to decide who to cook for you ,,,that not too bad

Well...iv been in bali two weeks ago... Iv been there too in 2009, but the diferences where amazing.... First..For all nomads tourists , or tourist with ages like me , 60 years old, its terrible living whithout air condicionate . The temperature and humidyti are terrible... In temples thounsands of tourists, legion road is a place now with scumbers, drugs and bottles of beer for fighting in the heads of the alcoolic .... I saw with my eyes....If you want stay in Bali, and have my age....Don't spend many time in this Island...

I would think you are judging the island to harshly and maybe need to get out of the tourist hot spots, also every single hotel has air-conditioning however for Australians it isn't that hot at all.

I think you planned your time in Bali very badly, I live in Bali 5 minutes from the beach and I never see any drunken people at all ever, I only see tourists if I go to tourist areas, and my air conditioned villa is in the quiet friendly little lanes away from the main streets, and I've never stayed anywhere in Bali that doesn't have air conditioning, where did you stay? In a $5 per night hostel? Sounds like you totally wasted your time here, bad luck.
