Күн бұрынContext: In 2003, a TV channel in Chile was showing Star Wars movies, and they decided to edit the Star Wars trilogy to advertise Cerveza Cristal without cutting to commercial breaks. They did so by seamlessly editing key scenes to include the product! Well, turns out George Lucas viewed that as copyright and didn't like that and won in a lawsuit, warning them never to air those commercials again.
But hey, they went viral in 2024 and so here we are with wonderful meme content!
