How to make Oatmeal Pancake in 5 minutes! Perfect Homemade Pancake Recipe!
Recipe for Quick Oatmeal Pancake Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal (85 grams)
160 milliliters warm milk
20 grams soft cheese (mozzarella)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
Olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions:
Start by grinding 1 cup of oatmeal in a coffee grinder. Pour the ground oats into a blender bowl and add 160 milliliters of warm milk. Grate approximately 20 grams of soft cheese (I chose mozzarella) and add it to the mixture. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and any favorite spices for a sweet pancake. Break 2 eggs into the blender bowl and beat them well.
Grease a pancake pan with olive oil and heat it over medium heat. Pour the pancake mixture onto the pan and cook over low heat until the top becomes matte in color and the bottom side turns golden brown. To flip the thick pancake neatly, grease a plate with oil, place it on top of the pancake, and carefully transfer it to the pan with the other side down. Alternatively, grease a second pan and flip the pancake onto it for an easier flip.
Once cooked, spread the pancake with delicious fruit jam or honey, and your quick breakfast is ready!
