I always thought that being vegan would mean I would would have to cut a lot of things out and eat mainly vegetables but since turning vegan a week ago I've learned so much, All the food ive made so far has been amazing. I would so recommend trying veganism not only for the fact that your saving the planet but ive tried so many new foods that I would have never tried before going vegan

I’m vegetarian and I thought it would be hard since I’m 13 lots of people are rude which doesn’t makes sense but I love it I always use to puke when I ate meats so I feel a lot better now

With your chickpea salad try adding hemp hearts and spriulina/seaweed!! Sounds weird but it gives it a more fishy taste and it helped me a lot when I was transitioning off of fish

Can you please make a video of vegan gluten and soy free recipes? My sister is disabled and has a very specific diet. It would be so helpful to get some ideas. Edit: and also something soy free! She is extremely sensitive to soy.

Just letting you know Sprouts has vegan tuna salad that is SO good! It’s by the deli area I get it all the time and make sandwiches (it doesn’t taste that good by itself but on a sandwich it tastes EXACTLY like tuna)

I make vegan cheesy Gordita crunches all the time (I actually use the vegan naan bread at Trader Joe’s!) , but I’ve seen in video groups that people get the Gordita crunch with beans and no cheese no sauce, and then go home and add cheese lol.
