I've realised that even the smallest noise at night can make you stop dreaming or wake up, cuz everything is quiet. But with the simple noise that is being repeated for hours, you totally exclude everything around you from your senses and simply focus on resting. Me and my sister I falling asleep on the heater or the hair dryer since we were 8, and now I am 21 and she is 14. This videos saved my health, because whatever the machine for heating, it dries the air and when overused for couple a days in a row, you will have a sore throat. Love this videos, without overreacting I can say that in some way, they changed my life ! SHARE THE NOISE !

Pensé que era la única loca desquiciada que necesita el sonido de un ventilador para poder dormir 🤪🤦🏻‍♀️ vivo en soacha Cundinamarca Colombia y aquí hace mucho frío, por lo tanto aquí nadie tiene ventilador ya que no se necesita jamas, pero como nací en Cali un clima super caliente y desde que nací allá se usaba este querido aparato día y noche, pues te acostumbras y familiarizas tanto con él, que ese sonido te arrulla y sin eso simplemente no se puede dormir 🤦🏻‍♀️ gracias a Dios que existen estos videos 👌🤷‍♀️ esta noche dormiré muy bien ☺️ 💖💖💖💖

Yo me pongo un cobertor extra pero no lo apago. O claro, echo a mano esta joya de imitación. Que feo que estemos tan desajustados que necesitemos estos ruidos para dormir. I have slept with a fan for nearly 20 years, and can't fall asleep without it. My fan broke a year ago one night, and I was stressing about it until I came across this on spotify. I have since used this exclusively, and is the closest one I've found to the real thing! No advertising and 8 hours long on Spotify. Perfect!!!

Everytime I listen to a fan sound, it brings me nostalgic memories from my late grandmother’s house when I was very young, watching cartoon at her bedroom, while a little fan was turned on. I always remember this particular scene and it makes me feel comfortable and in peace. Those distant times of inocence that will never come back again

I had the same experiencecwith my granddparents. No AC so on hot nights we slept on the closed in front porch with an oscillating fan. That sound always makes me feel safe and loved!
