I hate sprawl especially on Hi C. I would pull them up. Pulling up might not being as effective all the time but not many wrestlers do it so the guy shooting most of the time doesn't understand what i am doing. Hook the head in a neck wrench, step for the throw, throw him if he counters crack down to your butt. Then you block him off. Then there is a few counters to get the takedown.
