You got it wrong. Itadori and Sukuna aren't twins, that was just a miscommunication by the authors of the manga. Itadori's dad, Jin Itadori, is actually the reincarnation of Sukuna's twin brother. So, Sukuna is actually Itadori Yuuji's uncle or well, technically Itadori Yuuji is the descendant of Sukuna but he's also kind of the nephew.

@@Alex-qo4olNah, he's kinda? right. Sukuna's brother's soul was with Kenny. And Kenny ensured it's reincarnation to ensure the vessel created would be as perfect as possible. Although I'm still confused if the TL meant he put the soul in Yuji, or if he put the soul in Jin and then had Yuji.
