She's still a teenager in all aspects, body, heart AND mind, because she repeated the month, and because she didn't go back in time physically. So, no matter how many times she could have gone back in time, and repeated the month, she would have always been a 14 year old girl.

for the rant in the break ‼ i think homura definitely learned a lot in those timelines!! mentally, we can be "older" or "younger" but that doesn't change our physical ages. homura is certainly physically way older than 14, her knowledge of life is probably rlly advanced especially with the stuff she's seen and gone through. but everything psychological is biological, so when homura resets time, her brain is likely still the size it was originally. BUT mental age and physical age are very, very different. it doesn't matter if you're mentally a thousand, if you're 14 you're still 14. the people who are saying she's 26 are likely uneducated, pedos, or anti-shippers of homura & madoka (which i have no opinion on the matter... though personally i can see it & think it's cute) so, it doesn't matter anyways!! 💗💗
