You are getting approach limited and limited clear confused with each other. Approach limited is yellow over flashing green. Limited clear is red over flashing green.

honestly i really like this dlc, my first train sim and the only reason i got it was for this. take the coast line alot going to the city. praying that add that route. one thing that bothers me isnthat they left out the bridge just after new brunswick that crosses the river. other than that, i like it edit: they do have it
