Yet, Lobo accepting said employment seems more likely, since he's a mercenary, who regularly takes jobs for pay. Whereas Battle Beast is more of a warrior searching for the fight that'll kill him.

@@mahad813 yeah, but Battle Beast only enjoys good fights against strong opponents close to his level or stronger, and legit gets disappointed when the fight isn't up to his standards. And expecting a good fight out of whoever is trying to kill some guy with a machine for a head and no real fighting capabilities is like expecting a good meal when digging through a gas station trash can. And sure, it could maybe be reasoned that he was promised a fight with a Viltrumite, but the problem is, Machine Head had no idea who Mark was, aside from some new superhero. Let alone knowing what a Viltrumite even is.

Battle Beast, also known as The Scourge of The Twin Galaxies, is legit one of the strongest characters in the entire series. Omni Man wouldn't have fared much better even of he had decided to step in.

He doesn't attack because he knows who Battle Beast is, as in the comics (which I'm mad they didn't add it in the show as well) Battle Beast stated that he has conquered thousand of planets, and that people shake when they hear his name. Nolan knows how powerful BB is, so he won't fuck with him lol. Also the Viltrumites literally killed off half of their race because they wanted wanted to conquer the universe, with Nolan being one of them. No dispute would hold them back bud lol

My favorite part was all episode long all the dumbass viewers commenting how Mark should help Titan, how evil Omni-man is, how foolish it is to not be helping Titan. There’s a reason you don’t stick your nose in other people’s business. Because Mark had no clue wtf the situation actually was, and he may have just made it 10x worse.

in fact, a very stupid twist, machine head was smart and thanks to his calculations could earn money and power, and Titan appeared out of nowhere without skills and seized power just for the sake of a twist + his act towards Mark is one of the worst for the whole season, much worse than that of Rex or Eve's parents.

Apparently Machine Head didnt have to pay a single penny for Battle Beast. He just promised BB for a challenging fight and BB was on board. We all know how powerful BB is, so machine head literallt wasted money for all the other bodyguards. He couldve gotten BB alone who was more than sufficient, and bit have to spare a single cent.

Yeah Omni wanted to see how Mark would handle a real fight, but the primary reason he didn’t get involved is because he would end up as another casualty to Battle Beast. No joke.

I just finished watching the entire show!!! And this was my favorite episode by far!! Such brutality and he wasnt even going full speed. And people are mad at nolan for not jumping in. Omni man the entire time "yeah, ill just wait until season 2 to meet him"😂

Vitrumites are like Saiyans in they get stronger when they heal from severe injuries (Zenkai Boost). They can also take an insane amount of damage without dying. That could be One of the reasons Omniman didn't interfere.

They do NOT get stronger from surviving damage. This is not true and never has been stated.

@@wiseguy01 It was what was listed on the site I read. It was removed when updated, so what you say could be right. I'm no expert. I do say Mark gets progressively stronger after near fatal injuries. Actual power or Protagonist trait, I don't care.

@@hyperflame7255 He didn't, either way even at this point BB would've beat his ass badly. The main reason he didn't step is was becuase he told Mark not to get involved with Mr Rock Man (Titan) and Mark didn't listen, so he watched him get his ass whooped to teach him a lesson.

*SEMI SPOILERISH*BEWARE* I think they can get to conquest as the final villain. Have mark go to the planet where he meets *blank* by th second or third episode where he gets captured then shit happens etc and we can have conquest as the first taste of viltrum war arc for season 3. Of course putting in levy and the robot/monster girl arc might be a tight squeeze but i feel they can do it. The show does cut out a bit from the comics. But they added that mummy idk wut they gon do wit it.

This episode was brutal! Battle Beast is savage! I liked the Kingpin Thanos comparison someone else made. Or the final boss that pops up way too early. Though I liked the themes of focusing on the lives of individual people that big picture heroes often forget. And what people will do for their family. I felt bad for Titan.
