Kinda undercut but the unnecessary heroism though. For all he knew they had distracted long enough and the team had already succeeded or died. He just seemed to be trying to prove something to himself. They could have worked it a bit better but was still a nice moment.

The Dustin and Eddie and Dustin and Eddie's uncle scenes virtually ripped my heart from my chest. And of course, the Lucas and Max scene also. Those kids acted their behinds off. Just outstanding!!!!

This might be the most tense episode this season or even the whole series. Especially the end which showed Duffer Brothers definitely didn't pull back. With Max it's most definitely she barely survived to where if Vecna had her for 1 more second let alone millisecond she would be dead. Plus R.I.P Eddie he was a cool character and this was his year. May you enjoy played board games somewhere else gone but not forgotten

It is crazy to know that Eddie was based off of a real life case. The west Memphis 3. These three 8 year old boys were murdered and the cops blamed it on three alternative/goth teenagers. And they have spent most of their life in prison even though there's evidence to suggest another culprit. The whole town blamed it on "satanic practices" I fucking hate it but Eddie was meant to tell their story. That made me love Eddie that much more 🥺💜 I'm so glad we finally got this video. JOB WELL DONE, MY DUDE. 🎉👏

I am not saying this simply because I want to agree with the majority of Stranger Things fans, but Eddie is one of maybe... MAYBE 3 characters in all of the TV I have ever watched, that was a new addition to an already established Cast, that I genuinely mourned the passing of. I mean, yeah... a few tears shed for Eddie. Brilliant editing. The music at 2:44 when he turns around, love it. Season 5 was supposed to start filming in June. The writers strike could delay things for much longer if the script wasn't solid.

I've been waiting for this finale. I've been crying when Eddie died, Max dying, El and Hopper's reunion. I loved Eddie❤. My badass trio is safe. I think Max is trapped in Vecna's mind. When Mike screamed fight to El, I kept screaming fight. Robin and Vickie are so cute together. I would've love to see Demetri meet El. Also, hated Jason, I was like thank goodness he's gone. When Vecna was on fire, I kept saying "Burn, baby burn!" After I watched this episode, I said "I'm sorry.........two more years for the final season?!" Now, I have to wait for one more year. Also, did anyone notice how the title at the end was moving in the opposite direction?

When the demogorgon and demodogs got burnt to death, and seeing Vecna, the demobats, and vines all in pain at the same time is making me think that they're all connected, especially pain and possession by Vecna.
