For those who may not know: Mark's Theme is a tribute to Lewis Evan's late uncle, who passed from COVID in early 2021. Lewis Evans being one of the members of the band. His uncle was a massive fan of the band, and was seem at a lot of their shows so the band grew to know him as one of their biggest supporters. Here's a quote from evans himself: "Yeah, it was for my uncle who passed away from COVID about two months ago now. I had my sax at the workshop for ages, and I got it back the day I found out he passed away, so I just thought we’d write him something. He was a massive fan of the band, at all the gigs in the front moshing away. He was an absolute nutter. He was crazy and annoying and awesome, so we thought we’d write him a song."

Album is such a masterpiece. Took me like 7 half listens to fully listen to it the first time. It had great moments I wanted to revisit but didn’t interest me the first 7 times to finish it, now, I listen to it everyday on my way to my classes. @@xbenci Yeah, that's a good take. I don't disagree at all. It's good, but it's not exactly moving music forward in the way you would think given the praise it gets. I just personally find that I have better alternatives for this kind of music. Just my opinion. But, yes I absolutely agree that "new" or "groundbreaking" is not a pre-requisite for good and enjoyable.

They are definitely the overrated band of the moment. That Billie Eilish line was pure cringe.
