We are hiking from Landmark over the Gäbris to Bühler and enjoy a fantastic view over the Appenzellerland to the Alpstein with the highest mountain, the Säntis. We take the Appenzeller Railway from St. Gallen to Trogen. In Trogen we change to the post bus and drive to the Landmark stop. From the Landmark we are hiking up to the Gäbris at 1229 meters above sea level. From Gäbris we are hiking down towards Bühler. At Bühler train station we take the Appenzeller Railway again and travel comfortably back to St. Gallen.
