General population beliefs in Christianity usually interpret christ/antichrist as separate beings, but the more you study the Bible and the symbology behind it, the more the line blurs until it is erased completely. I have a similar reply like this somewhere where I note the similarities between Christ and the Antichrist. How both were God's favorite, then sent to earth to complete the same mission (albeit in different ways) of saving humanity. But only one has died, which kinda spoils the end of the book lol
