Mix.
2 apples.
10 ml. (0.3 fl oz) lemon juice.
1 egg.
Mix.
Grease a pan lined with baking paper with olive oil.

Flatten the dough with your hands.
Apples 900 gr. (32 ounces).
To cut in pieces.
Add 15 ml. (0.5 fl oz) lemon juice.
Add sweetener or honey to taste.
7 grams (0.25 ounces) cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Soak 60 gr. (2 ounces) dried cranberries or raisins in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add dried fruits.
70 gr. (2.5 ounces) walnuts.
Chop with a knife.
Add nuts.
Mix.
Pour the filling into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 30-40 minutes.
