I suffer from stress induced seizures and spine pain. Every time I put one of these videos on I feel the effect right away. These bowls are unlike any other treatment ive had. Nobel Peace Prize for this guy right here. You're the man.

Try grounding for inflammation. It worked well for me. (My husband ran a chain from bed to the basement and put a rod thru a hole in the cement. I hook the chain between my toes at night.) I didn't think it would do anything but it helps me feel better.

Thank you very this meditation. Magical and lovely. I hope you dont mind, but I have a practitioner question. What effect does the double mallet technique produce? (One inside while other strikes outside). Also, I can get clear recordings of my bowls, but only with mics hovering directly beside them. How are you capturing the tones so clearly? Forgive all the questions!
