This would be a perfect time to hear a 14 year old Daneliya Tuleshova cover this song. Daneliya also sang a truncated version for her audition for AGT 2020. She even got a Tweet or a IM or IG from Faouzia congratulating her on her audition. After AGT Daneliya went back and did a fuller version to which Faouzia wrote her again and said, 'way to go SuperStar you hit it out of the park again'. I will give you both versions. The audition Daneliya did at 13. The second version she was 14. Daneliya is from Kazakhstan and has like Angelina been successful on singing competitions. She won The Voice Kids Ukraine 2017 when she was 10-11. She was the first non-Ukrainian to win there. She is also still the youngest. Dimash has said of her, 'she is a National Treasure'. Daneliya was one of the reasons he bowed out of the show 'The World's Best'. When by the fluke of a rehearsal re-scheduling Dimash had to go later than previously scheduled he and Daneliya literally ran into each other backstage. This is where the treachery of the shows producers becomes clear to Dimash. He went on that night and fulfilled his contract with the show and then tried to bow out gracefully and the American judges were having none of it, especially Rude Paul who went 110% hissy fit. But the truth eventually started to filter it's way through and the negative communications from Dimash fans around the world shut down all forms of communication to the network and The World's Best was done. Anyway, Daneliya who had also made it to the finals was eliminated after being the top vote getter after the TNT Boys from the Philippines. Welcome to the world of Faouzia ! She is a Canadian -Moroccan singer songwriter who is an absolutely dynamic amd talented artist! She speaks three languages, plays three instruments and is just completing her engineering deegree at university ! She is the real deal ! Her lyrics are so well-written and relatable to her audiences ! Her live performances are amazing ! Her music videos are a visual experience and so well constructed ! But her stripped down versions are where you can really feel her emorional connection ! Thank you for reacting to one of the most umknown yet talented artists in Canada ! Another of my favorites. It's natural you don't know of her, she is 23. More quality than quantity with her, she has one EP. So accomplished it's actually annoying. Computer engineer, plays piano, violin and guitar, one of the best songwriters of her generation, if not the best, and that voice, with the natural vibrato and the use of arabic halftones, as she is from Morocco, Casablanca. So play it again Faouzia. Her voice is insane, she probably has a range as wide as Ankudinova, but it starts higher and goes right up to whistle tone. Tori amos comparison has some merit what with the piano playing singer songwriter with unique voice trip, but Faouzia tunes are just fun and light and the beat is usually faster. She is a bundle of joy to the world. She is also one of those new breed of contemporary singers that defy vocal classification, as she overlaps traditional designations. She for sure is a AAA artist. Cream of the crop. You get my gist. The Gal can Art. I would recommend puppet, which when you realize a few things about her you understand is actually a very important song, You Don't Know Me, Hero, Minefields, This Mountain, RIP Love and her newest: IL0V3Y0U. Or anything else. Like all great singers her stripped versions tend to be even better than studio, although her videos are usually fun. Elon is a very special song that she only did once and said she will never do again. Apparently Musk didn't want to have his name used lol. I just find myself happier when something from her pops up or when a new reaction drops. The light is strong with this one RGNTV.

If you enjoyed this you'll really like "How It All Works Out (Stripped)" and "Bad Dreams (Stripped)" - and yeah check her out with John Legend in "Minefields" but I recommend the "Live on the Today Show" version! She has at least 50 videos you should check out so it's an awesome rabbit hole to dive into!

Faouzia has a beautiful and unique voice. As someone already mentioned in the comments she uses some Arabic singing techniques. You can hear them very good in her cover of "Desert Rose" by Sting. There are usally several versions of her songs on her channel: official music videos and stripped versions. The M/V of this song is faster paced and has a different vibe. I prefer the stripped versions. Her song "Minefields" with John Legend is really good. Some of my favorites are "Bad Dreams (stripped)", "You don't even know me (stripped)" and "Elon". If you do enough reactions to new artists, it will help you, to remember their names. 😉

Anything from Faouzia is unreal but her stripped songs are out of this world .Loved the looks of amazement from you guys.Faouzia won one of the biggest songwriting contests in the world at the age of 16. She has so many great songs and is very creative.. Lately, I have been listening to one of her summer club songs on repeat. Nothing exceptional vocally but so catchy and fun. La La La is short, fun to dance to with great but simple lyrics. 🥰🥰Hugs from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦

This is just the beginning! Enjoy the journey of listening to Faouzia! She has many original songs to react to, and she also has lots of covers too, so you won't be short on watching something new from her for a long time! Plus she often has multiple versions of her songs, like Tears of Gold, there is a full mv of it as well with a full production behind it. I'd say stick with the stripped versions for now, like: You Don't Even Know Me; Bad Dreams; 100 Bandaids; Exothermic (oh, yeah, she's also in school for engineering and wrote Exothermic after one of the professors discussed it in class that day, yeah...)... covers to look for - Blue by Eiffel 65; Middle Child by J. Cole; Paparazzi by Lady Gaga (done on a one take recording) and many more. Her newest songs are a little different as she created them for a fun summer sound - Don't Call Me; La La La; I LOV3YOU (very club like sound). If you did want to go with mv's - Puppet; My Hearts Grave; Born Without A Heart (kinda a mix of mv and stripped). Then there's the collabs - Minefields with John Legend; I Dare You to Love, a Kelly Clarkson song where Faouzia sings the Arabic version with Kelly and if you watch the multi language one there's I think 5 other languages (English, Spanish, German, Hebrew, Arabic and French). For anyone curious as to how big a talent she actually is, here is a quick video of her and Kelly Clarkson (sounds familiar right?) rehearsing for a piece Kelly did with multiple artists. Of course Kelly was struggling with the language, but you can still see the ease, power, agility of a world class singer come second to what Faouzia can do. Some people are just next level. I love her voice. This why i recommend her songs stripped versions like this, the original ones are super upbeat, hides her voice way too much for my taste. Recommend her You don't even know me (stripped version). It's intresting her voice is as deep as Diana Ankudinova or Angelina Jordan but all 3 talented gems sounds completely different.
