I finally hit that high note at the end! Im so happy, because I want to be just like her one day. I've been practicing her songs for at least 3 hours every single day. I never had someone to look up to most of my life, then I discovered her. She's inspires me so much, and one day I hope to be on stage right next to her.

her voice is so unique and beautiful. It gives me a feeling of understanding and security because I often feel the same way. Not just the song shows me that many people feel this way, the comments too! Her lyrics are full of emotion, compassion and sensitivity. I think the lyrics fit perfectly with the way she controls her voice when she sings. I love her music not only for her voice also for her honest, emotional and relatable lyrics

And honestly, I think the original commenter isn’t necessarily saying that they’ve closed their heart to everyone, although it may be seen that way too- I think it’s okay to guard your heart from people, especially when hurt, and that it is also incredibly brave to be open and vulnerable and trusting of others and kind to people. at the same time it is very hard to be open even to people who seem trustworthy, when someone you trusted/thought highly of broke your trust. I would love to talk more about being open overall to anyone who wants to- and hear other thoughts- and am rooting for the people who are struggling overall, especially if this dog resonates. This song is so relatable to me. Its lyrics tells the story of my last relationship. I was in love but I ended up being cheated. Time went by and it turned out to be the best thing to have happened. But the scars of that failed relationship are here to stay. I suffered, I got up, I reinvented myself and, today I'm thankful to the universe for having shown me the way. I think this is what the song means: She was in so many relationships with people and they all broke her heart and now shes emotionless/heartless and "can you blame me?" I think what she means by that is you cant blame her for becoming emotionless/heartless and i just love this song so much and everyone who is going thru hard times im here for you and you are strong and beautiful/unique so stay strong and believe, keep pushing foward we can do this together(im going thru bad times too)

Her high notes are really good, but SO ARE HER LOW NOTES!!! I was surprised to see how effortless she hits the lows in the beginning. A lot of people forget just how hard those are as well for non-contraltos.
