Archspire is probably one of the tightest bands I've ever seen live...I've seen them lots (In Vancouver) and they only seem to get better. Stoked you checked them out <3 They were nominated for a Juno (Canadian Grammy) so they are definitely getting the recognition they deserve!

As I watch this I think about what I have accomplished in the last year. I kicked a nasty drug addiction, been clean and sober over a year, have my own house and making good friends. After being a addict, homeless and slowly killing myself I moved out of state, got help and am slowly getting back on track. Keeping a positive attitude was tough, especially being in a new environment, sober and not knowing anyone. And after a year of staying committed to bettering myself I am just now making great friends and exciting for what the future holds. I still struggle to let go of my negative past, yet I am proud to say I am alive and able to take care of myself without narcotics ruling my life. Glad to hear you are enjoying life, I am enjoying mine. Cheers Ola!

I just want to say thanks for my Solar S1.6BLBM. This is the first piece of gear I've ever owned that I feel like I ripped YOU off by how cheap it was for such a great guitar. Best one I've ever played.

Dude, your house is actually pretty big by most standards, and your priorities (holidays and family time) are 100% correct so keep it up and keep making me laugh with your videos, yes all of them, even the serious ones haha

For Archspire you should def check out Human Murmuration. It's not as insane as Involuntary Doppelganger and it has some of my favorite tech death writing of all time.

Paul Kossoff from Free was the inspiration for me to want my first electric guitar. Yes, I'm an old, OLD guy.. but here I am, a subscriber to your channel, and digging more and more metal everyday...( I hit my stride as a player with much older metal.. Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Priest, Ozzy, etc..) and actually learning from your influence, so even though I'm a really old guy, and my start was with classic rock, and older metal, we too evolve...cheers..

Could you do a Megadeth guitar gear/tone video? It would be really interesting to see if you could nail the Rust in Peace tone because everyone on the internet says different things about what gear they used so there is no reliable info out there.

I’m into all genres of music but mostly outlaw country. But I also enjoy some metal and love Solar guitars. Your videos are always entertaining.

I have witnessed archspire live at a really small outdoor metal "fest" in my northern Canadian town. They were utterly mind blowing. Tight as hell, all were amazing musicians, the vocalist is capable of the fastest death metal growling I've ever seen, and they came across as complete professionals. The fest ran long due to some poor stage/act management and bad weather. As a result, their headlining set was cut very short but they came out, did not complain and slayed the crowd that remained. I had suspected that they relied on a lot of studio trickery to sound as tight and technical as they do on record, but they totally pull it off live.
