@@Lulauser3 well overall if you have dry skin I recommend getting the serum and moisturizer, as the product is pretty moistureizing,, however just be aware that even the snail mucin doesn't technically declare its for dry skin. So just watch a review of someone with dry skin to determine if it's right for you.

Corsx are mind blowing for me. But I notice if one day I don’t use it. My skin doesn’t glow. So maybe it’s more like a primer? Idk, I will continue using it and see if could nourish my skin. Otherwise I think of it as a great primer only.

However my cheeks and forehead did really well with the snail mucin, which is why I was looking for an alternative

Snail mucin is great for transitioning to a higher strength retinol. I apply the cosrx and the new retinol strength over the top til my skin acclimate. Fantastic product and I'm keen to try the Mixsoon vegan option when I finish my recent tub.

I love snail mucin, however I don't find it to be hydrating at all. It's soothing, helps skin heal faster, but it's rather drying if used on it's own, not with good moisturizer. I feel it works as an enzyme peeling. I guess it's individual, but I have to pair it with good hydrating cream and toner, even occlusive in the winter months if I don't want dryness and irritation to appear. If you should experience sensitivity to the product after days of use, it might not be an allergic reaction but dryness.

@@skincupid Hello @skincupid Question: I actually have purchased these two products that you were mentioning the snail product the non-vegan one so the first one that you you showed so quick question is there a liquid toner with this one as well and can I use this with other skin care products that I use for example a toner? And is there a certain way to use the vegan snail product? Do I use the tall bottle first and then the cream over it? Or do I just use one one day and one another day if this makes sense thank you.

Ngl when I bought this before, I didn’t see any improvement so I was just trying to use them up all instead of wasting. Maybe I did things differently this time, my skin kinda improved a bit after trying this again and I just bought my second bottle.

@@bangtansonyeondan9599 before i would just use it after my face is dry but I learned that it worked better in wet face than dry, it’s more easier to apply. Water actually helps make it absorb better. I noticed my face is a bit more smoother and if I have like acne, it helps heal better. Of course it’s not an overnight thing. You have to use it consistently.

At first I didn't see improvement, but now I do a bit and it's helped rebuild my skin barrier since in some spots it's sensitive and certain skincare burns. Since using the snail mucin my skin doesn't burn in certain spots from certain products

Didn't work for my sensitive Rosacea fungal acne skin. I believe it's their formula and the ingredients because none of COSRX products works for me, and I've tried the majority of them. Only breaks me out as in bumps and hives, and irritate my skin, as well as making it red, tight, dry and ruin my skin barrier. So disappointed.

I've been using both and doesn't do anything for my skiiiinn 😭😭😭😭 I've good dry skin and it's winters. Combo of essence and cream hydrates my skin for like 3 hrs max and then it's back to being a Sahara desert. I was so excited to try them out 😢

You're supposed to apply snail mucin on damp skin. Maybe try to dampen it before applying next time. And make sure you use the essence before the moisturizer if you have both! And do apply sunscreen after!

I use Essence as a toner and the all in one cream is a moisturizer. Use the essence first then the moisturizer.

Yes, I have their toner and then use their essence power and then you use your treatment serums like retinols and dark spot treatments (I'm now using their goodbye blemish but the jury is still out for that one) and then I use the snail mucin and then their multivitamin cream..then sunscreen ..wheww

My question is, do they feel sticky on the skin? Maybe it's a dumb question, but when snail mucin dries after a snail went it's way, there's a white dry line. So how does it work on the skin? Does it dry to be sticky? Does it get fully absorbed?

I use both cosrx products and they don't leave your skin sticky at all, it absorbs well. I put it on moist skin after cleansing. My skin is definitely clearer and healthier since using. The tub is my favourite but its sticky getting out to apply but once applied it absorbs and isn't sticky on your face at all.

both are very sticky for hours on my skin (and gave me acne, rashes , irritation and dried my skin out...but that's maybe my skin only). It's sticky though. I had to use a moisturizer on top to get rid of the stickiness

It is best for oily and combination skin. But if you have dry skin you need to follow it up with a hydrating moisturizer. But since you have combination skin, it will work perfectly with your skin type

Moisturiser is the last step in your night time routine but for dry skin, we would recommend a thicker cream such as the ROUND LAB Dokdo Cream!

it gave me rashes and I had tried other snail mucin containing products with no problem. My skin reacts bad in cosrx and I have the same skin type as you. Maybe we should try the vegan version instead
