After i untie that prisoner at the start, it just says "Failed" and mission disappears... any ideas ?

Man, I have the same issue. Did you manage to find a fix for this ? . I completed every other mission.

@@ShonyCyriac i had to reload an early save, and avoided that mission and went around the mountain then came back to it later, it fixed the issue

He sound be there as soon as you get to the gate! If not I suggest just reloading your game and check again Sometimes it’ll glitch
