I live in Ocean Bay Houses and They completed the work but let me just say that there is nothing affordable about this public housing development anymore 🤦🏾‍♂️eventually I am going to have to move out because rent has increased significantly from about $300 to $1500 . I live a simple and peaceful life and now I may have to relocate away from family and friends and loved ones because NYC is just becoming way too expensive now
