My brother died 5 years ago i was 19 he was 31 and it is the worst thing I have ever been through seeing the sorrow and the pain my mother lives with. She cant do anything without him in her mind...it breaks my heart and i still have not talked to anyone about it and i sometimes forget that other people have had the same deal so it helps...of you ever wanted to talk with someone about it I can give you my email or something. ..good luck to you and god bless you...

It's just starting out for me. Mine died at the beginning of this month and I don't know what to do. I sit outside all night chainsmoking, hoping that he'll just step out and join me. He never does and I go to bed crying when the sun rises.

@@jamesflowers1295 you will find little bits of strength and the memories you have will become like gold to you each day you will feel bits of joy for what you did get to share with him on earth it's been 6 years maybe more and it's still painful and it's never gonna be "okay" but I have learned the memories that I have are so special so always think about him and run those memories in your mind and use thatas your bandage ....you will be okay just stay strong and never forget🙏

lost my estranged elder brother in December 2019, which I got to know 10 days ago, we were on so not good terms that the last he called me(us) on 14th December 2019 for medical help, but anger, fear had blinded me and refused to believe him, which lead to his death on 23rd December 2019. Worst part is he died in a hospital and never informed the hospital about his near ones, only said he was all alone in his life. The hospital cremated him. I wish I could die instead of him, just want to meet him once and seek forgiveness...he was the one who was my rock of Gibraltar in my teenage days. Iam sorry brother I was not there for you when you wanted me. God take me, make me meet him once. God punish me bad... please

Damn Dakota, I know that pain unfortunately, am 37 now, lost him when I was 13 and still hurts as crap, am now, at this moment at 2am a bit drunk and cruising videos and songs on KZfaq, things that make me cry on purpose to let things out. You’ll never forget, but you’ll learn how to live with it, but there will be harsh times, and cry it out my friend, it will always hurt, don’t fool yourself, but he still exists. Just like mine. My big brother was named Brian as well, he recently passed away on 11/10/2023 from stage 4 colorectal cancer. He was my best friend, we lived together our whole lives, we ran a business together, traveled together, laughed together, and cried together, we even raised his kids together. I’m never gonna be the same person without him since he was a massive part of me, I feel like a huge part of me is gone and my heart is broken. My brother was only 42 and had so much more that we wanted to do and accomplish together. I miss you Brian and can’t wait to see you again, love you so much and miss you so much broski!!!

The last I hugged my little brother was February 2015, and April 2015 he died. I miss him dearly, I miss the warmth of my brother's hug. The twinkle in his smile, the love in his eyes. I miss him telling me "I love you" or "you look beautiful". I miss his voice and his calling me by my name. Till we meet again.

He was retired from army in 2019 and was just 39 years,he was a leader for our village people . when he left the world, we were far from him in another city. I just had a cry sparked by the thought of my brothers favourite song. He died so horribly and so sudden stripped of dignity and without hope. The pain is so raw even though it's over a year ago. I know how you feel in more ways than 1 I lost my grandmother July 17 2002 then 2 and half weeks later I lost august 6 2002 I lost my brother then a month later my great aunt and a couple of cousins through out the rest of the year it's hard it will never be easy

June 27th 2018 lost my little brother. Then my uncle July 18th 2019, matetnal Grandmother April 2020, my paternal Grandpa December 24th 2020, paternal Grandma 25th 2020. Since 2018 losing my little brother I am a whole different person, I recognize that I will never be the same again. But we have to keep living for them, one day we will all reunite with our loved ones. Sending love to you all.

I needed this more than I ever realised. It’s been 6 months without my little bro, the days are dark and my heart is heavy, I don’t think I will ever be able to accept that he’s gone, I am so grateful and lucky to have shared his happy moments with him, I just wish I could’ve saved him, I just wish I couldve done something, I would’ve walked through hell and back to take his pain away. Suicide doesn’t end your pain it passes it on to those who love you, the ache of not having him is the worst feeling and pain I have ever felt, I long for him and his beautiful chocolate brown eyes, there is not a day I won’t miss you Nate, Thankyou for all the adventures the memories the laughs and cries. It is never someones fault to end their lives. Some who suffer from depression are ticking timebombs where you are never able to see when it is going to explode. Some you may help with the right treatment, some not. It is a very strange happening. And the ones who are left behind, us, are hurt in a different way compared to the ones lost by under circumstances. The miss and lost is exactly the same. However, we will always be haunted by one question that no one can ever answer: Why? I feel for you. Love.

Grief hits you in the most unexpected moments. My brother died on Christmas Eve 2020. He was 18, I miss him so much. But I think he found this life too constricting. He needed to be free. He can be free now, and by being happy for him and not making him worry I can set him free. He was too good for this world.

My little brother took his life 7/29/24. I have never felt a pain as I do now. You took a piece of my heart that could never be replace. I lost my brother due to pneumonia and Covid 19 last November 2020. I cant even says thanks for supporting my college till I graduated and enrolled in Master's Degree. I am 22 and He was just 23. My only brother/sibling since our mom passed away way back 2004. It is me and my father only and feel afraid since he has chronic kidney desease. I am afraid to be alone. I miss him and my mom.

I lost one of my closest loving brother, that was the worst moment of my life, no one else ever had my back at the time except him, I miss him a lot and if I could go back in time and say I love him just one last time, I would. I lost my Dad years ago. This year.... I lost my eldest Brother at the beginning of the year. Then my older Brother passed in the middle of the year. This made me cry and miss them so much.

I just lost my twin brother today from an overdose 😢. I found him unresponsive and tried CPR while EMS were on their way, but it was too late. Thank you for this video and may god be with all of you. Amen 🙏🏻

august 9 2021 my younger brother passed to covid at 23 currently getting my strength from god and building a better relationship with god but it feels unreal my heart beats heavy and fast when i miss him im always sad even when trying my hardest to be happy ive never felt pain this sharp or even thought it was possible to cry so much im 27 with kids but feel so alone i miss u quay it feels like im being tortured to wake up without u

I just lost my brother a week ago. Then I lost my brother in law two days ago. My world is so dark right now and my body seems to be in permanent shock. Everything is so numb and the mind is so blank. Worst of I don't know how to comfort my children for losing two Uncles in one week.

Seriously speaking, I'm crying rn 😭😭 I have a brother who just died 2019, very tragic happened to him, and I just want to feel like it was all just a dream 😭😭😭😭 still now, i always remember him, eventhough we are not that close 😭😭😭 I miss him so much 💔😭😭😭 that year is my first time to experience depression and trauma for what happened to my brother 😭

Thank you for sharing this piece. I lost my brother one year ago on this day to stage 4 cancer. He passed 6 months after the day he was diagnosed. This brought tears to my eyes and touched my heart so deeply with a piece of comfort that my brother would wanted the same for me. I’ll never be who i was before my brother died. That person was scared to say I love you. Now i don’t miss a chance i say it to everyone. Because i didn’t get to say it to him. He knew I’m sure he did my family has always understood I’m antisocial but since that day i regret all those unsaid I love you. I’ve lost my brother and ended a decade long relationship and the grief made that pain seem unnoticeable. Even in death my brother was there for me.
