Metalfoes was actually based off of Megazone 23 and Genesis Climber MOSPEADA. Plunder however has no anime origin. The only anime I can think of relating to pirates is One Piece.

Ah I remember when Naruto used his signature plunder deck Against Light Yagamis Metalfoes Deck. That 5 part episode was so good. Love these ANIME ONLY DUELS.

Technically, some of them are Anime decks, not all, but definitely some of them. (Konami allowed these cards in Legend Anthology for some reason)

What do you mean. PK and DDD are from arc-v sacred beasts from gx Geist is from Vrains. Only plunder and metal foes aren't anime decks
