And he gives a lot clarification about the full picture of an event when there’s piecemeal reports. He’s not perfect but he’s not creating fantasies and his work is not sloppy. It’s some of the most rigorous historical analysis in the english language

There is consensus of Ummah on this, in every fiqh, but extremes on both sides, i.e., Rafidhis and Naasbis are wrong.
