60 minutes is all I have to build a farm! Is it even possible? $35 million dollars in the bank. EZ Dev ready to rock. Lets Go!
This is a speed run and I promise I haven't done the build first, deleted, and then restarted just for the recording.

Not boring at all man I actually enjoy these videos they help me come up with ideas. Just from watching your video it's given me a couple ideas so thank you. I always like to take the main farms and even if I don't change them up completely I like to even do little things to make it my own. You're good at this I mean your elm Creek build was top notch I was very impressed so keep at these 👍🏻

How is the placeables interface so terrible on this game?! They really couldn't imagine a better menu system; other than endless scrolling with no organization? LOL

It is tough sometimes. Especially when you glance over something and scroll by. I’ve kind of gotten use to it now, but it was frustrating in the beginning.

@@WithTheStovers I'm fine with all the other bugs and glitches in the game, but that issue is so frustrating. Just seems like something they forgot about until midnight before the release date. (My secret is my logitech mouse that I can turn off the scroll wheel tension.)

I do too! I think that is okay. This game is really extraordinary in that regard. It may seem like a boring game for farmers, but it offers so much more!

Love the farm build. I to enjoy just building the farm and setting up buildings. I have a few people let me build their farms for them. This game is so relaxing. Keep up the great work.

Oh that's really cool mate! Really nice build! As for the delete objects mod, I found that it doesn't work on all objects and sometimes it deletes the object but doesn't get rid of the collision. In that case I load the map into GE and do NOT delete the object, but rather sink in under the map. That way it's gone, both the object and its collision. The good thing is you don't reallyneed to know how to work with GE. Hiding objects is really easy. Save, zip and you're done.

Im contemplating the need to get a windows based PC just to have Giants editor. I’m on Mac and I get the benefit of having Mac/pc mods, but GE doesn’t have support for Mac. Hiding the objects by dropping them below the terrain is a really good idea. Thank you for commenting.

I just subscribed to you Bec I really like the map and i just got it on Xbox one it is a lot of MB but I'm really happy about it. Thank you for this video it gave me some ideas on making my own American farm style 👍

Thank you very much for the comment and watching. I'm excited to see some new maps come out, but I may have to go back to some older locations and do a few builds. Alma was so nice because you could easily delete the items on the map. Happy farming!

I live a few miles from the area this map is built around. The map area is definitely close if not nearly spot on to the real life thing!

@@WithTheStovers I’m starting in the south farm the one with the pond. I had one episode recorded but after seeing your video, I’m redoing the farm to suit the storyline.

For those on console, to make the trees disappear. Use the Tree-B-Gone attachment.

Yes. Tree B gone works very well. There was also a mod for lumberjack that basically allowed chainsaws to cut… but basically delete the tree.

I love this map but there’s only one complaint that I have the slot count is just a little bit high on PS4 I am from Missouri

Good point. That is one thing I do tend to overlook being on PC is the slot count. I do remember starting on XBox and there was an update that cut slot count in half and that was terrible. Whats the slot count for this map?

@@KellenStuit-tl4bs hi. It’s from an open pasture package. Depending on what system you are using there are some great options available. Pc obviously has the most options but there are a couple available in the in game mod hub too for console.

How do I access Edit Mode on pc? Never saw that option.

I have a game controller connected and mapped to s specific key. But in the standard key bindings there should be a key that opens the edit mode. Sorry I don’t know what that key is off hand.

How do you do a speed build on Alma Miserere on console

Hi James. A speed build on Alma with console would be difficult, but not impossible. You would need to be extremely familiar with the asset library in the map editor and be really good with a controller. Add a way to capture your video from the console and bam... You got a speed build on console. I'm fortunate that I am running Mac, but I started on Console and try and do things that are all platform compatible. Happy farming.

Why would a field go from basically flat to hilly / wavy during harvesting after I bought it?

It really shouldn’t do that. Unless you placed something on it. Depending on what system you are on, for pc/Mac you can reload the environment with EX Dev.

I tried reloading environment that didn't change anything, also have rocks off and shows rocks in field
