I digged the merchants guild got rank 10, bought tons of specific exalted bases and did lots of crafting amongst my main and alt characters and now focusing on LP legendaries.

They put steps in place to combat item selling and botting. A little grind deters multiple accounts, and if they get banned. It's not just make a new guy and go.

I really do wanna use your filter, but i cannot seem to find out how to get it if its avaliable.. i play trade league and i would love to get.a filter which would show me which items (bases, idols, exalted etc) so i could start making some money on Bazar.. i hope you can help :)

I don't think they should adjust the factions in favor of MG.Think about how many hundreds of prophecies you might have to complete to get rarer items with 2-3 LP and a specific roll. If anything they could reduce the favor cost on some prophecies.

bazar ranks should have rewards that interact with crafting it doesnt interact with you at all like the CoF Example 1.increase chance to crit when upgrading an affix 2. Chance not to consume Glypth/Rune etc etc

@stilgharc imo start as MG as you can buy the idols/uniques you need immediately for a build then once you get those items to drop and replace the MG items you swap to CoF. This way you have high end farmers with CoF and build favor to buy/sell items as you level. For instance, my Necro I started as Flame wraith build and had a good time because I was able to get the idols I needed for the build immediately and leveled that way until I got the Wraithlord helm to drop then I just went ahead and swapped over to CoF on him. My Void Knight I bought the 3 uniques for the spin to build, by the time I was 84 I got the replacements me to drop so now he is switched to CoF.

Nice video. Yep it needs some work and I will add some important points here as well: - There are a lot of items on the market with zero gold value which is bizarre. Why? Well because they tied the rank progression to trades too, so people are desperate for XP ranks and they are selling items for zero Gold value, which blows my mind and should never be this way. - I know they tried to create a "real Bazaar" but OMG an npc for each item type? really? it's a pain in the ass to search and sell. The UI and UX are just terrible. Like it's so terrible that for the first time I found a trade system worse than PoE which is a difficult achievement, mind you - To your point, yes trade should be totally free without ranks. It's not like any recently created character can use the items from the get go and will blast Empowered Monos on level 1.

People are selling items for 0 gold because they have a fundamental misunderstanding with how gaining rep works. They think that the item needs to sell for them to gain rep, this is false. You gain rep by earning or spending favor. You gain 1 rep per 1 favor earned, and you gain 2 rep per 1 favor spent. Favor can be earned by: 1. Killing monsters 2. Completing quests Favor can be spent by: 1. LISTING items, not selling 2. Purchasing items 3. Gambling at the MG vendor.

This merchant's guild system is AWFUL! I would pay a large amount of money to hand a dev 20 items and tell them to price check them and post them and watch when they pull their hair out.
