I cut new seats on the 1949 Farmall Cub , lapped the valves and got the valve train buttoned up. Next will he the pistons , clutch and brakes.

Thank you for sharing this little Cub rebirth, looking forward to the next video. I think that little baby Cub has you a little tired, reminds me of night feeds of our human baby a few decades ago. A good night sleep and all will be well again.

Drop some heavier oil on that cutter it will thank you lol!! Don’t be afraid to use a heavy engine oil when cutting cast iron with a manual cutter

correct me if I am wrong but I belive that IH used the continel engine rather than an IH fngine in the cub. They also used the continial engine on balers and small combines.

The continental engine is about the same size but no its not the same engine.
