a quick check on wikipedia reveals that the French owned Simca Aronde was assembled in Adelaide SA during the early '60's at the Chrysler factory, the wagon shown was unique to Australia compared to the European models

The Simca motto was "Some Car this Simca!"

The walls would have been mud wouldn't they? the floors would have been packed down earth which has come loose over the decades.
