Increase on the number of videos brother......this is a good one more for the youths depending on their incomes real estate shdnt be their priority now coz it's so expensive and the returns are so low......I ended up selling up my rentals I built in my early 20s at a low price ( remember houses depreciate) to buy land and add in my farming business and pple thought I was mad😀😀😀
