FARMTRUCK - TEST PASSES IN NO MAN'S LAND

When we first planned on racing at Winter Meltdown 2, we had blue skies and surfing weather in mind but mother nature had other plans. Before driving down to Edinburg Texas, to race at the Edinburg Motorsports Park, we had made some changes to the converter on the Farmtruck. We changed it over so that it would hook better on a prepped track surface as opposed to the unprepped, streets that we normally run.
So when the rain came to the event and changed our plans, we had to adjust. We were now only racing in the truck class at the unprepped top end race, No Man's Land. So we made some test hits and did some adjustments to get the Farmtruck down the track!

Coming from a driver that's had a couple sleepers in my day ... this was by far my favorite vehicle on the show. Love that underdog feeling ... you got nothing to lose and everything to prove. I loved that feeling ... if I lose it's no big deal ... you beat a shitbox in your racecar ... but if I win ... my shitbox just shit on your racecar ... and everyone's rooting for the racecar except folks like us :)

I've been rooting for the underdog my whole life!.. It's awesome when you watch the passion beat the cocky azzwipe with money every single time lol. Been the underdog more than once and I've got some wins and some losses under my belt, but I always look forward to learning from the loss so next time I come out winning!.. Farmtruck and AZN are my two favorite people in the entire Street Outlaws series. I mean honestly who doesn't love goin fishin for $$$ lol?.

You both rock - your such down to earth and your fame hasn’t given either of you the big nose syndrome like so many in the 405. I only watch your videos for this reason and because I race my 1965 Chevy short box with its stock frame with coil overs. My 427 is only putting about 600 hp at the rears but it still lifts the right front tire a good 6 inch’s and sometimes the right front I could get a sheet of paper under it LOL. Every time I see the FarmTruck launch i think of a comment shared by an Airforce Pilot regarding the F4 Phantom which he once flew. Basically, he would say " With a large enough engine even a brick can fly." Indeed, this heavy sled can fly!

Not only does that cam lope sound amazing in that truck but win lose or draw neither one of you let the moment get the best of you. Always stay humble and keep that foot matted. This Content is way better than the street outlaw show ever was. Not to mention you take the time to comment back to virtually every one is a rarity in itself. To bad its not a mopar but not bad for a chevy ;)
