Hey Doctor, I got so many things to say to you but I may run out of English words trying to express how grateful I am to you.. following you for quite some time now and learning so many things from your video. And finally I have started poultry farming here in my hometown in India. Yes it's quite hard since I have no experience except knowledge from your video but this knowledge has really guided me. I had a 2000 Layers farm up until around 2020 when i folded up becauee I was not present. The guy who worked for me had some very bad characters and he couldn't change. He checks almost all the points you talking about. I had to fold up because of him.
