I was at that show, it was quite eventful! So sad to see the loss of the F20 Tigershark a few months later. RIP Darrell Cornell.

Thank you so very much for sharing this with me, my late neighbor Barry Syrett, loaned me an Airshow video vhs when I was a kid. One of the planes flew to the song by New order Blue Monday. Sometimes I still think about trying to find that video. Barry was a really remarkable guy, I'll try to get his info right but he was a military pilot in the Royal Canadian Airforce from England, and the a commercial pilot for American Airlines. When he retired he even had the color scheme of American airlines on his boat. He had a really big beautiful painting of the spitfire on his wall in his office. It was an awesome mechanic, I'm one of the cars he worked on is in a museum in Oregon or Washington. Thank you again for posting this I'll try to keep looking for the video but thanks to you & people like you uploading these videos, I'll have a chance. THIS IS THE VERY VIDEO!!! watching it from the beginning I saw the opening with Blue Monday!!!! I felt like a little kid all over again!!! We were so sad when Barry & his Quebecoise wife Cecil left Rancho Palos Verdes for Whidbey Island, Washington, they were such wonderful people. I remember on thlhat airshow. It was my first SBAC air fair in England und I had made an about 90 min. super 8 sound Film (24 pictures/min) there with Kodak film (very expensive). 😁
