Hiya Chris, the beach your on in Faro is NOT so busy at all during ther height of the season, also where you are where the boat trips go from, there is a trip to the Isla Deserta, you can go for the day, very impressive place to visit. (deserted Island)

The Old Islamic and Berber and earlier Phonecian influence is very noticeable in Spanish and Portungues and Italian and southern French architecture. Spanish and Portugues architechture is just splendid so too their cuisine and arts.

The picture of the sunset with you two would go great on a shirt, just saying!! Look at it again and tell me what you think. I hope things are going good in Mexico, as I am sure you are on your way to the wedding. I looooved that church and the woodwork and architectural designs. Really enjoyed this...id written Albufeira and Faro off to be honest but i think we will give Faro a go as we will fly out from Faro airport in a couple of weeks or so...Lots of great tips, helpful advice and places to see...gorgeous serie, i dont understand how come Portugal isnt top destination in Europe such an underrated destination...definitely some of the best European beaches in Europe and in the world. Lovely people lovely atmosphere great senery great weather outstanding historic buildings, culture, amazing food! And fair prices, what is there not to like in Portugal?🤔👌 Thank you this serie has been really helpful to decide where we choose to stay in the time we have to visit🙏 Have fun in Dominic Republic Sabrina 🇨🇵 🇬🇧

Enjoyed your Algarve videos, but they were more about the beaches than the towns. If you do another series there, please look at the towns from the perspective of what it might be like to live in each (for people considering moving to the Algarve)..

Amo Faro.Hace un año estube allí.En la possada de Estoi,no es cara,si uno va por muchos días y recerba antes,incluso tus papis tienen precio especial.Tienen desayuno y pisina y más.Me encantó la arquitectura de la iglesia.Y el final con Ustedes dos en el atardecer,bello!!

Hi Chris and Carol, another great video- I live nearby yet you still showed me a new thing. Just a thought, I own a quinta (farmhouse) near Tavira and it occured to me if you were to stay with me (free of charge) I would be bound to gain great publicity along the way. Obviously we normally have guests in summer but there are gaps and since your parents are not so far you could come across for a few days if you return to the Algarve, as I suspect you will. I am a cyclist and know a lot of inland places worth visiting that you have not covered so you would certainly not lack content. Anyway, thanks for the channel and the best of luck during these times jumping place to place!

There is a bigger Capela dos Ossos in Évora, Alentejo. It is a cript on a church, Igreja de São Francisco, with walls and ceiling all covered with human bones.
