Pumpkin dessert cut and peal it then put it in to pan and add sugar it depends on you but at least you should cover it with sugar then wait minimum 2-3 hour (recomended overnight) then cook it till it gets soft it depends on pumpkin but approximately an hour then you can serv it with tahini and walnut.

Обожаю тыквы. Делаю с ними многое. Очень любим сок, а ещё солянка,. Сухие грибы, капуста, морковь, лук, солёные огурцы или маринованные, стручковой замороженной зелёной фасоли и мясо любое, паста томатная или хороший кетчуп, всё вместе уложить в казан и посолить, поперчить, и приправы какие любите, и чеснок за 20 минут, а всё тушить 1,5 часа. Грибы замочить в кипятке, 30 минут, потом пропустить в мясорубку, всё остальное шинковать. Попробуйте, очень вкусно а тыкву порезать кубиками. Наш дед называл это блюдо,, анкл бэнс,, это моё блюдо, его готовлю давно.
